hiQview HIQ-7388 is an outdoor PTZ Camera, which is equipped with 1/2.8 Sony CMOS Sensor and has an all-IP architecture. The built-in web server open platform provides remote users with the real time video through Internet browser.

l   Remote 10X Optical Zoom and 4X Digital Zoom

HIQ-7388 uses 4.9~ 49mm, 10X optical zoom lens. The zooming function of HIQ-7388 is remote 10X optical, which means the lens actually lengthens and shortens when zooming. By using an actual lens adjustment, the 10X optical zoom function could support HIQ-7388 to have more real and clearer images in high resolutions.

l   150°(-75°~75°) Continuous Pan and 95°(-75°~20°) Tilt

The design of HIQ-7388 is beautiful as well as practical. HIQ-7388 can support 150° Continuous Pan and 95° Tilt remotely. Thus, users can move the camera lens swiftly and elastically to the monitoring areas. Furthermore, HIQ-7388 could pre-program different routine patterns for the pan/tilt/zoom IP camera to carry out and activate those patterns to a required schedule. Accordingly, with these settings, the pan/tilt/zoom IP camera can then move through the settings from for example front door, the gate, to the parking lot...to capture images as programmed.

l   2-Megapixel high resolution

The images of HIQ-7388 can be compressed into three formats: H.264 / MPEG-4 / MJPEG. Multiple resolutions are available: 1920*1080 / 1280*720 / 640*480 / 320*240 / 176*144. Under Full HD resolution, HIQ-7388 can create supreme quality images: 30fps@1080p Real-time. Users can choose the suitable streaming format to meet different environmental conditions.

l   Auto Tracking & Multi - direction movement  

Auto Tracking is one of the special features which HIQ-7388 could support. When a dynamic object moves in the front of HIQ-7388, HIQ-7388 could automatically detect the moving object and trace the moving object as the target. Moreover, HIQ-7388 could support multi - direction movement by manual adjustment.

l   Smart focus / Auto focus / Step focus          

The built in functions of Smart focus / Auto focus / Step focus make HIQ-7388 more professional and unique than other outdoor IP cameras in the security market. For examples, by smart focus, users could draw a square in the screen image which they would like to focus on. And then the built in Smart focus would clearly focus on the choosing area and show clear image. By using Auto focus, HIQ-7388 could focus automatically on a moving object and a big object which is occupied over 50% of the screen image in advance. By using step focus, users could set up manually to focus near or focus far on the screen image of HIQ-7388. 

The Smart focus / Auto focus / Step focus system allows users to control the lens of HIQ-7388 more flexible, and provide a friendly GUI for fine tuning the focus distance. Finally, the Smart focus / Auto focus / Step focus s system could make adjustment and installation easier.

l   Clear images in bad light condition --- Wide Dynamic Range (WDR)

The Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) feature of HIQ-7388 stands out in monitoring strong backlight or dim light environment. For example, if the camera faces the sun, and a man is standing in front of the camera, usually, because of the strong backlight, the man’s face would be too dark to identify. The WDR technology would use different exposures for different objects, making the light contrast much lower, and thus reveal the clear features of the man’s face.

l   The power of 3DNR (3-Dimensional Noise Reduction)

Image noise can be caused by many factors, such as power interference, heat, and dim light source, resulting in ineffective surveillance work. HIQ-7388 removes image noises by applying 3DNR technology. It not only makes clearer images, but also reduces video file size.

l   Night time monitoring

When the sun goes down, it is difficult for typical outdoor cameras to create any clear images. The built-in High Power 40M light source IR LEDs with mechanical ICR enable creating clear images under bad light condition. HIQ-7388 is capable of generating valuable pictures in dark environments. IR technology can make it a powerful tool to identify essential elements at night, such as people and vehicles.

l   Sustainable in harsh outdoor environment

HIQ-7388 has a robust housing rated as IP66, meaning that it is water-proof and dust-proof and is reliable for monitoring outdoor environment.

l   Network Deployment

The network deployment of HIQ-7388 is very simple. It provides the installation tool for searching for devices that are already connected to the Internet. This feature alleviates the inconvenience of complex network settings.

l   Power Over Ethernet (PoE) cuts cost sharply

PoE technology enables power and internet connection to be provided by the same cable. Therefore, not only that power outlets are no longer needed, but more importantly, the space to place the IP surveillance system is saved, and the cost is reduced sharply.
